Lighting Associate Job at Turtle and Hughes
Turtle & Hughes is seeking a Lighting Associate to join the team in the Deer Park, TX location. In this role you will be responsible for servicing customers on orders before and after they are awarded.
This is a Monday thru Friday position.
The successful candidate will be involved with all of the following:
- Processing quotes for customers requesting bids concerning lighting opportunities
- Place orders in system and provide tracking updates to customers
- Resolve concerns of both vendors and customers when issues arise
- Produce project submittals for approval and review documents when returned/noted
- Maintain, track, and update various data required to track effectiveness of the team and branch
- Provide consistent and pleasant communications
Position Requirements:
- Must present a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Computer skills, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Must be able to multitask to respond to different customer needs
- High school diploma required
- Experience in quotes and processing purchase orders are a plus
- Organized and creative with the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
