Lighting Auditor Job at LogicLamp Technologies
We are seeking a Lighting Auditor who will be responsible for the examination, analysis, and documentation of existing lighting systems in various facilities across the US. The Lighting Auditor must have experience in the lighting industry with knowledge and understanding of typical lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, emergency systems, etc. This position travels nationwide, 90% of the time to facilities to perform lighting and electrical audits.
Job Requirements
· Perform lighting audit based on the required scope of work requirements.
· Travel throughout the US to conduct lighting audits.
· Must be detailed oriented & should be able to work independently.
· Proficiency using an iPad and Apps.
· Must be able to multi-task & handle multiple projects.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite.
· Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
Roles & Responsibilities
· Walk facilities such as schools, offices, warehouses, etc., and gather existing lighting system information.
· Read floor plans, lighting specifications, utility bills, etc.
· Manage travel expenses within the allocated budget.
· Always represent LogicLamp professionally and act ethically.
· Attend training programs as needed.
· Follow PPE requirements wherever necessary.
Physical Demands
This job requires you to stand and walk for most of the day. You may have to climb up a ladder (6’ to 12’) to check the fixture specification label. You must be able to lift to 20kgs.
