ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Focus on expanding skills and knowledge to handle increasingly more complex and unusual problems.

2. May be assigned to small initiatives or to phase(s) of larger initiatives.

3. Learn team role and how to contribute towards team goals.

4. Facilitate team ceremonies.

5. Learn to navigate the organization in order to begin removing impediments on behalf of the team.

6. Ensures Agile tools are up to date.

7. Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile SDLC is appropriately followed.

8. Learning and applying a basic knowledge of Agile, while helping the team learn and practice.

9. Apply Agile and developing experience in Agile development and delivery with increased business acumen.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree and related training or experience

2. Two+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. College Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field of study

2. Experience in the banking industry
