The Machine Operator Operates a group of machines to produce high quality products and perform necessary cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all established Plant Safety rules.
Ensure machines are running high quality material
Lift, bend, push, pull various types of material depending upon the machine and process
Identify proper materials need to produce the products
Flag any machines needing repair
Perform shift cleaning
Work independently and as a team
Perform all other duties as directed by management.
Required Education & Skills/Experience :
Demonstrated ability of basic and troubleshooting.
High level of follow up and accountability.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence others.
Able to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, planning and time-management skills.
Able to exercise good judgement and keep machines running.
