Line Cook Job at Floridian National Golf Club
We are looking to hire confident and capable employees to work in a positive work atmosphere, where everyone is a team player and works well with others. Line cooks are responsible for all culinary dishes and prep related to their work stations while also helping anyone in need. This person must be organized and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. All cooks will report directly to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but limited to the following:
Oversee all culinary preparation for set stations cooking and presentation of meals in the kitchens knowledge of all culinary functions in the kitchen trouble shooting any problems that may arise enforcing strict health and hygiene standards station maintenance and cleanliness maintain a positive and pleasant working attitude every shift
