JOB SUMMARY: Continuously exemplifies the Greenwood Communities and Resorts (GCR) mission, values and customer service philosophy of GCR in job performance and in relationships to others. This position is responsible for pre-preparing items required for his/her work station according to par sheets or instructions from Supervisor. Prepare products assigned to work station during service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes.
- Carefully follow standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all times.
- Use food preparation equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Clean work station.
- Return unused food products to proper storage areas.
- Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed.
- Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices.
- Return soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas.
