The on-property restaurants & bars at historic Hotel Boulderado have started growing their staff! Spruce Farm & Fish, The Corner Bar, and License No. 1 are looking for an experienced AM/PM Line Cooks. Located in the heart of Downtown Boulder, employees have the option of training at any on-property restaurant. Back of house staff assist the three on-property restaurants through one streamlined kitchen.

The right candidates must be team players that have a passion for quality product, exceptional service, ability to multi-task, and enjoy completing different projects each day. Line Cooks are responsible for assisting the team to deliver outstanding guest service, hospitality, and financial profitability.

As a Line Cook you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards (flexible schedule accommodations including working holidays and weekends are required):

• Prepare dishes to order consistently producing results that match or exceed company standards
• Ensure proper portions and presentations of every dish made
• Keep station(s) clean and organized during your shift
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends
• Evaluate and address issues in the kitchen and make improvements accordingly
• Assist in monitoring kitchen inventory and inventory control
• Working with team members to direct and other operating expenses to ensure the profitability of operations
