The Line Cook is responsible for preparing food to the Executive Chef’s specifications in our scratch kitchen as well as assisting the Sous and Executive Chefs with daily tasks. The Line Cook is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during their shift. Our line consists of sauté, grill, fry, salad and prep. This role works collaboratively with other team members to successfully provide a consistent product and memorable guest experience at our high-volume restaurant/bar.
Experience & Skills:
- 2 years experience
- Must be able to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a team player to provide a seamless experience
- Adaptable/flexible – enjoys multi-tasking and possesses strong organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to first class hospitality
