Our Chandler location is looking for experienced Line Cooks for the night shift, who can keep up with the fast pace of our high-volume kitchen.

~ MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS~

We are looking for reliable, dependable, punctual individuals, who are self-motivated, have attention to detail, and are able to multi-task.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintain line in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
• Adhere to all health-code rules and regulations
• Assist with routine temperature checks
• Responsible for temperature control of all hot and cold held foods
• Correctly prepares orders received
• Communicates with grill or line cooks to coordinate the timeliness of all items on ticket
• Is responsible for portion control; by means of weight or measurement
• Plate presentation - ensures all orders going out are in accordance with specs
• Arranges orders on line in order, grouping together by tickets using toothpick system to identify meat choices
• Replenishes line items as needed
• Communicates with serving staff regarding 86'd items etc.
• Maintains equipment and immediately reports any functional or mechanical issues to a supervisor or manager-on-duty
• Is responsible for breaking down of line at the end of shift and properly cooling foods, and cleaning equipment
• Completes all side-work and cleaning at end of shift
• Assists with other tasks as needed or assigned by supervisor or manager-on-duty
