We are seeking qualified candidates to join our passionate team and are looking for professional people to ensure our guests' satisfaction. AM & PM Shifts Available . A Line Cook is in charge of preparing food and setting up other necessary supplies. They make sure everything has been set up correctly before starting work.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain up to date recipes, procedures and plating for all menus, specials and promotional items
• Prepares grill, char grill, salad, entrée items to recipe or special orders
• Meet timing standards
• Coordinates orders with team members, assists co-workers as needed
• Works cooperatively with front of house staff to respond to customer needs
• Ensures that areas of responsibilities are well stocked, guest ready
• Comply with high standards of cleanliness, safety and food safety throughout the shift
• Manage stock taking, cleaning, opening and closing tasks and other duties designated by the management team or kitchen
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager

Competencies::

• The Candidate needs to speak English, Spanish is a plus.
• Must be available to work throughout scheduled shift
• Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours of length
• Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights (40lbs)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional during rush times in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary based on experience
