As a Lead Production Operator, you will be a crucial part of new product development process, ensuring that products transferred to full scale manufacturing fully meet the customer requirements. Your work will directly affect customer satisfaction!

Key Responsibilities

• The position involves blending, measuring, and producing formulas that are destined to be manufactured in full scale at the facility.
• You will operate laboratory equipment to gather data related to product key characteristics
• You will gather raw materials needed for pilot or small batch manufacturing
• You will work in a pilot production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place
• You will record critical data to support scale up activities and first article inspection
• You will prepare materials and product for packaging and shipment to customers
• You will ensure that the work cell remains safe, clean, and ready to use at all times
• You will participate in project work related to product and process improvements for the site.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, work any job, and work overtime as needed
• Comfortable with computer data entry
