Line Mixer/Operator Break Floater Job at Tortilla King LLC

Tortilla King LLC is looking for a full time Line Operator/Mixer to join our team in Moundridge, KS.

Must be able to work at a steady pace, stand on feet for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, push and/or pull up to 50lbs.
Job Duties Include:
- Produce products according to specification as described on work orders
- Set up and monitor presses to target the tortilla sizing.
- Set up and monitor Divider/Rounder to target correct scaling dough ball weight according to Work Orders
- Set up and monitor equipment to produce uniform product: shape, roundness and no cracking edges.
- Set up and monitor adequate baking of product.
- Ensure adequate product net weight and adjust scaling weight accordingly to meet net weight requirements.
- Ensure that product change over are achieved correctly with packaging leader
- Complete all reports accurately with all information requested on report according to interval set by the company.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Responsible for helping to meet company goals such as: Efficiency, Yield and Fill Rates
- Ensure to follow company safety practices and policies.
- Report any and all food safety and/or quality concerns to your supervisor, QA, or a member of management.
