Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant Job at Bill Hall & Associates, P.C.
Established family law firm located in Huntsville, Alabama seeks to immediately hire a Paralegal/Legal Secretary. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: e-Filing in state court; Discovery and trial preparation; Preparing and filing briefs; Preparing trial exhibits; Maintaining accurate calendar for responsive pleadings and other deadlines; Assisting with drafting and reviewing various documents; Answering the phone; Transcribing dictation; In general, assisting with family law cases. Some training will be provided but, ideally, the selected candidate would hit the ground running.
