Job Summery:
The Loan Servicing Representative processes all consumers loan servicing job duties and requirements according to regulations and Langley policies and procedures. This representative processes all collateralized loan titles to secure Langley as first-lien holder. This representative maintains title records at the level of protection mandated in the organization’s policies and procedures of Records Management and Retention. The Loan Servicing Representative provides critical information for insurance claims and supports Langley ancillary loan programs. Will also post payments for the credit union and performs account maintenance functions such as loan modifications and deferments and prepares collections and loan servicing reports and all functions that support the center.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Performs all title record maintenance through title vendor.
- Processes insurance claims for damages and total losses.
- Posts timely and accurate loan payments, credit bureau disputes, and SCRA requests.
- Performs file maintenance in loans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Processes all loan modifications and deferments.
- Processes credit bureau disputes through the e-Oscar portal once certified.
- Performs research and administrative duties in response to requests to GAP and Warranty from internal and external sources.
- Performs tracking and follow up for all Langley vehicle collateralized loans.
Qualifications:
- One-year related experience in business collateralized title processing or loan servicing.
