Job Title: Lodge Front Desk Night Agent
Workdays/Hours: 2pm – 10pm and 4pm - midnight
Classification: Hourly $10 - $13
Job Description:
Checking guests into their room and Responsible for Internal phone calls and guest service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer external or internal calls, make reservations, and answer questions about resort and surrounding area.
- Answer internal calls from guests needing supplies.
- Closing down hot tubs at night.
- Restock supplies at the front desk and lobby, notify manager of supplies needed.
- Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
- Provide feedback to the night Shift.
- Such other appropriate duties as may be required.
Requirements: Pre-Employment Requirements: Reference check, criminal background check, drug test.
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Consistent employment history.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner.
Performance Skills:
- People pleasing attitude.
- Team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints.
- Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
