Logistics Analyst:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • The Logistics Analyst will access Supplier systems for logistics planning and demand process
  • The Logistics Analyst will analyze customer forecast, inventory supply (on-hand and transit)
  • The Logistics Analyst will oversee and solve daily logistics issues
  • Manage operational logistics which includes monitoring, checking, reconciliation the inventory with SAP and third party warehouses inventory
  • Monitor the business teams to complete SAP entry accurately and timely
  • Support third party warehouse service contract review and insurance claim
  • Generate the analysis reports, support factory and sales drive multiple activities related to inventory reconciliation and drive root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Customize the logistics SOP, user manual, involve new Tcodes from SAP and apply to access billing report
  • Support internal and external audit, provide customer service often facilitating work of others in fulfilling orders, ensuring on-time delivery of orders, providing inside sales support, and handling customers in resolving inquires.
  • Work with IT to enhance the work productivity through automation and systemization to implement effective reports
  • Perform SAP data setup, order processing, receiving, billing and EDI transmission

· College degree

· At least 1-3 years of experience related to materials planning and logistics management

· Have good verbal and writing communication skills

· Must be able to prioritize tasks and be organized in approach to job planning

· Ability to define problems, collect data, determine root cause, and draw valid conclusions

· Details oriented

· Proficient in MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Outlook.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
