Logistics Coordinator Job at A.P. Moller - Maersk
Our growing Supply Chain Management business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a solution to each problem. We looking for a motivated self-starter. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and client concerns
- Direct calls to appropriate department necessary to ensure first call resolution
- Build rapport with clients
- Update client information on Salesforce software
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and product updates

- Experience in inbound/outbound customer service environment
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- A capacity to learn the logistics/freight industry

Requirements:Required Education and Experience
- 0-2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years freight experience
- Computer Experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates degree in business or related field
- Experience working with Salesforce software or other sales management software
Job Type: Full-time
