Logistics Coordinator - Dallas, TX

Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience working as a logistics coordinator or in a job that is comparable but with different responsibilities.
- Knowledge of customer service will be valued.
- Knowledge of the regulations and laws that are relevant to the transportation industry.
- The ability to work alone and keep an eye on several processes.
- Having some functional experience of the logistics tool CargoWise and/or having a quick learning curve for new software
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- To oversee and coordinate the supply chain operations for our company, we are looking for an experienced logistics coordinator.
- Coordination of tools and processes will fall within your purview in order to guarantee effective delivery of goods.
- The ability to communicate and negotiate is a big asset for a logistics coordinator.
- The planning and monitoring of loads for pickups and deliveries are under your control.
- Engage in communication with merchants, clients, suppliers, shippers, etc.
- Throughout the entire delivery process, excellent levels of customer satisfaction are ensured.
- In accordance with customer requirements, schedule and track product shipments.
- Keep accurate logs and records of the times and locations of your loads.
- For senior management, make sure your reports are accurate.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Location: Dallas, TX
This is a full time, direct hire position.
