Job Description
Your job supports the company’s Loss Prevention Program. You will be responsible for supporting the Loss Prevention team by managing all investigation reporting programs which will lead to effective and efficient investigations. You must be detail-oriented and have extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel. You must be comfortable with communications at all levels of retail and management. You will report to the Director of Loss Prevention.
Responsibilities and Duties
- You must possess exceptional analytical skills and quickly identify and react to negative profit eroding trends
- You will be responsible for gathering data, statistical reporting, weekly and monthly Key Metrics reporting, case management reporting, exception analysis and other special assignments
- You will maintain all LP Investigative Programs providing technical and administrative support
- You will act as a liaison with IT and the Director of LP to ensure functionality and accuracy of these data sets
- You will provide monthly and as needed updates to Exception Reporting and other LP Investigations systems
- You will alert the Loss Prevention team to any unusual activity derived from reporting or CCTV observations
- You will develop new data reports as necessary to increase the department's productivity
- You will assist LP Investigators, District Managers and Store Managers in reviewing LP reports and provide investigative assistance as requested. (Effective time Management is required)
- You will maintain the company’s restitution program
- You will be responsible for training and identification with fraud reduction in e-commerce
- You will provide a report detailing DOTCOM Fraud Losses and Chargebacks
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

- Computer proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use hands/arms to operate keyboard, telephone and for repetitive motion activities.
- Must be able to lift objects up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance.
- Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device.
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
