The Center for Counseling and Growth is a rapidly growing outpatient mental health center that is located in Winchester, VA. We are seeking 1-2 motivated, compassionate, and experienced Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and/or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our team (via telehealth).

All applicants must be licensed in Virginia or be willing to apply for licensure (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in Virginia.

The ideal licensed professionals will work 8-10 (or more) hours per week providing outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals (pre-teens [10+ y/o], adolescents, adults) and couples via telehealth. Our remote licensed mental health clinicians work part-time and set their own schedules. You will schedule all follow-up appointments with your clients (after the intake appointment) and manage your schedule. Intake appointments will be scheduled by the CCG receptionist (in accordance with your desired schedule). Credentialing with insurance companies, billing services, support from office-based administrative staff, and HIPAA compliant web-based telehealth platform are provided at no cost to our licensed providers.

Competitive pay rates are offered (based upon years of relevant experience). Clinicians are paid bi-weekly as employees (not as contract workers), so you don't have to worry about making tax payments. Clinicians who are bilingual (fluency in Spanish) and/or CSAC a plus.
