• SMITHTOWN: We have an upcoming opportunity with a 18 year old female currently in Smithtown post op. The patient will need a one to one RN or LPN to be the patient's 1:1 nurse in school. Once the patient completes rehab the start and end location will be in Brentwood. The patient is mobile, non verbal, and utilizes a trach and gtube. Shifts availalbe:

DAYS: Monday through Friday 7am - end of school day to start. Can remain school hour shifts or be etended to 12 hour days. Start time will be 9am when patient does not attend school.
