LPN – Licensed Nurse Responsibilities:

• Charge nurse on the care unit
• Serve as a resource to our CNA’s by effectively supervising and providing guidance for them to provide the highest level of care
• Complete initial and on-going assessments
• Support individual care plans and coordinate care for our aging and vulnerable population
• Monitor resident behaviors, update care plan if necessary and provide documentation of all behaviors and interventions
• Be an active member of an outstanding team!

LPN – Licensed Nurse Skills

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate

LPN – Licensed Nurse Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Washington State or ability to obtain
• COVID Vaccination or qualified exemption
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to an overall atmosphere of team spirit
