Crowne Healthcare of Springhill is currently accepting applications for a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated nursing staff. Our LPNs must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done. Crowne Healthcare specializes in geriatric care. Qualifications
- 1-year Experience (Preferred)
- Temporary PN License (Preferred)
- LPN License (Required)
- Must have current Alabama Nurses License or temporary license awaiting testing date.
- Must pass background and drug screen
- All potential new employees are required to have a negative COVID 19 test prior to date of hire, facility to provide testing.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsibilities of this position include: medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy including refills of medications, supervision of CNA staff, clean/dress wounds as ordered by physician, collect samples for lab testing, receiving new orders from physicians with notification to sponsors concerning new orders.
- This position is for a medication nurse on a 20 bed long term care unit.
Pay: Up to $28.40 per hour
