LVN Job at Victory Medical Center

We are looking for an LVN with experience in Family Medicine to ensure our clients receive high quality, efficient care.
Responsibilities include:
- Client intake
- Electronic recordkeeping
- Assisting and performing assessments
- Exuding a compassionate and caring demeanor to clients
- Assisting the NP with developing care plans
- Collaborating with the clinical team to execute care tasks as directed by providers
- Delivering care in accordance with the client's care plan.
- Scheduling tests, arranging referrals and obtaining pre-authorizations
- Completing opening and closing tasks each day to prepare for daily operations
Requirements:
- Current Texas licensure as an LVN
- CPR/BLS (preferred)
- EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish helpful
