Supervise, observe, and assist C.N.A. with resident care if needed
Administer daily scheduled medications as ordered by physician
Perform treatments as ordered by physician
Observe and identify signs and symptoms of possible change of condition, significant change of residents condition
Documentation, shift charting, scheduled weekly summary charting, Medicare charting, medication and treatment record signed every shift
