Position Name: Assembler I
Client: Medical devices Industry
Location: Ladson, SC 29456
Duration: 1 Year temp (May get extended)
Pay rate: $17/hr on w2
Shift: 6a-4.30p(10 hr shift)
- Accurately and efficiently performs all assigned product assemblies following standard work instructions. Use hand and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary. Complete work in prescribed time period, moving completed component or assembly to designated area. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Assist team members to ensure a quality product and smooth workflow.
- Professionally and effectively communicate issues to leadership.
- Willingness and ability to support business needs including overtime.
- Actively participates in all change management/lean transformation activities.
- Responsible for assuring safety and quality in all actions. The role, including all day to day tasks and responsibilities, should therefore be executed while adhering to all applicable Safety and Quality Management policies, procedures and requirements to ensure an optimal level of safety and quality in both our products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS diploma or local equivalent

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
