Machine Operator Job at Advanced Resource Managers
ARM INC is seeking Machine Operators to join a Global leader in Electronic Components to join their team in Rochester, MI
In this role Machine Operators will be working with plastic injections machines ensuring each part is meeting quality standards, counts on parts are correct and loading machines with material to build the wiring connectors that are used to power transmissions and engines. Clean environment, climate controlled facility and great pay and benefits after 90 work days.
Weekly Pay: $15-$17/HR. based off experience , Plus 10% Shift Premium
Weekend Shift Premium: 20%
Day Shift: 7am-7pm - rotating 12 Hr. shift
Night Shift: 7pm – 7am - rotating 12 Hr. shift
Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, and Sun (off Wednesday and Thursday)
Week 2- Wednesday and Thursday ONLY (Off The Rest Of The Days)
Contract to Perm (After 90 Days), Medical, Dental, Vision

Duties for Machine Operator:
- Provide packaging for injection molding machines.
- Fit and function test on molded parts to verify function.
- Keeping machines, floor, and area clean/free of debris or parts.
- Quality inspection of molded parts to identify flash, burns, short shots, broken details, incorrect data wheels, etc.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+yrs. related experience in injection molding preferred
- Automotive Sector – Production facilities
