Machine Operator Job at Ossineke Industries
Ossineke Industries is looking for dedicated, hardworking Machine Operators on 2nd or 3rd shift, all training will be done on 1st. No experience is necessary, we will provide on the job training- production experience is a plus but not necessary.
What we are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Commitment to attendance- arriving to work on time and working your scheduled shifts
- Being a good teammate- helping when needed and being respectful towards others
- Giving you best effort- we don’t expect you to know everything but always try your best and ask questions.
- High School Diploma or GED required
Bonus Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints
- Proficiency in using checking devices including calipers and micrometers
- Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Starting wage for Machine Operator is $17.00 with potential increases at 30-60-90 days based on performance and attitude. 2nd and 3rd shift receives a shift premium of $1.50 per hour.
