MACHINE OPERATOR - PRECAST CONCRETE PLANT

***$1000 SIGN ON BONUS***

Job Details: We offer competitive pay starting at $20 an hour depending on experience. Our work week consists of (4) 10 – 11-hour days with some overtime required during busy season. Our ideal candidate will have attention to detail and take pride in their work. You must be able to work in the heat of the summer and cold of winter for year-round schedule. Good attendance, punctuality, positive attitude, and good communication skills are what we are looking for. This is a fast-paced environment with both custom produced and mass-produced products. Cross training opportunities exist for career advancement at this or one of our other Indianapolis area facilities.

Some daily tasks can include:

• Safely producing high quality product in an efficient manner (manholes, inlet boxes etc.)
• Operating Overhead Cranes
• Mobile Equipment Operator – forklift, front end loader, bobcat/skid steer
• Operating concrete batch plant
• Precast concrete machine operators
• Coring Machines
• Keeping a clean and safe work area
