What you will do:

• Operate equipment (MBK, Wire roller, Packer Head) efficiently to produce concrete products from raw material to yard stage
• Inspect the quality of products according to standards
• Assist in maintaining accurate and timely production goals
• Monitor the operations of machinery and associated equipment and report any concerns or malfunctions
• Perform machine set-up and clean-up and other functions associated with job changes
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned area
• Cross train on other aspects of production process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Que es el trabajo:

• Usar maquinaria para producer jaulas de refuerzo para product de concreto
• Inspeccionar que la calidad del producto esta a los estandares
• Asistir en mantener las metas de produccion
• Monitorear el uso de maquinas de produccion y comunicar problemas o necesidad de mantenimiento
• Ajustar maquinas de produccion para cada product y limpiar el area despues del trabajo
• Mantener su area organizada y limpia
• Entrenar en otras areas de produccion
• Completar otras tareas como sean necesarias durante el dia

What you will need:

• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment required. Experience in the precast concrete/pipe manufacturing industry preferred
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety procedures, machine operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs each, with assistance if needed, at heights from floor level to 4 feet high
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of the position
• Ability to work well with others

Habilidades necesarias:

• Experiencia en ambiente de produccion industrial. Experiencia en produccion de productos de concreto preferida.
• Habilidad de leer y enteder documentos escritos como procedimientos de seguridad, manuales de maquinaria, y instrucciones de mantenimineto
• Habilidad de mover y recojer peso de hasta 50 libras, con asistencia
• Habilidad de mantener documentacion precisa en cuanto a produccion y medidas de producto
• Habilidad de trabajar bien con otros, en un ambiente de equipo
