MACHINE OPERATORS
Benton Foundry is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Benton, PA. We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our hard-working, dedicated, team!
Benton Foundry is a third generation, family-owned company, undergoing a large expansion and we want YOU to be a part of our exciting future!
As a Machine Operator in our foundry, your responsibilities may include:
- Completing training rotation to learn the requirements of the position; including but not limited to, safety and operations training.
- Operate sophisticated equipment that is energized by electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic sources.
- Know and always follow safety rules.
- Perform other work as instructed by supervisor.

- INCREASED WAGES! Machine Operators will earn between $17.00 - $21.73 per hour at completion of training.
- INCREASED SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL! Night shift differential is now $.85 per hour.

Shifts are: 5:30am – 4:00pm and 5:30pm – 4:00am Monday through Thursday. Friday work is scheduled as needed. Overtime is frequently available!
