PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Machine Set-up Operator* position.
This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our proprietary automated machinery (Automated Lanyard Machines, SLIC Machines, Automatic Drilling Machines, etc.).
*Full Time 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 2:20pm-12:50am).*
Starting pay is $25/hour with room to grow.
Training for the first 2+ months would most likely be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs for all position.
The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for _*experienced candidates*_with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.
*Requirements:*
- *Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_**_working with Metal_*
- **Strong mechanical aptitude**
- **Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**
- *Ability to work independently*
- -Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
- -Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time
- -Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
- -Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
- -Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
- *Solid work history and attendance record with proven reliability.**
Starting pay is $25/hour with room to grow.
