Skilled Candidate(s) Will Require a Minimum Of:
- Three years' repair experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic & lubrication systems
- Have strong system troubleshooting abilities regarding machine controls and equipment
- Experience with VFD, PLC's HMI's, servo drives and motors
- Ability to read electrical schematics and PLC logic
Job Candidate General Requirements:
- Possess strong communication skills
- Promote first class customer service and support by phone and in-person
- Assist with internal / external start-up, onsite installation, and preventive maintenance inspections
- Interact with sales and customers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage customer issues, including conflicts and challenges, to promote excellent customer service
- Assist with planning and execution of all service work
- Manage field service costs & expenses within company guidelines
- Assist with internal machinery start up and debug
- Assist with fabrication, mechanical assembly, machine wiring and troubleshooting when available
- Troubleshoot, repair, rework, modify, test and inspect machinery as required
- Ability to work from drawings, schematics, diagrams, equipment specifications, documents, manuals, technical information and other written and verbal information
- Prepare reports and maintain records as required
- Must have active, unrestricted passport
- Travel nationally and internationally (Mexico/Canada); primarily in USA
- Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Candidates must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment physical, hair analysis drug screen, and background check.
