Mailroom Clerk Job at American Paint Horse Association
POSITION SUMMARY
The Mail Center Clerk opens and disseminates incoming mail to all departments. This position is also responsible for all outgoing mail including Fed-Ex and UPS parcels. In addition to jobs directly related to mailing and receiving, the Mail Center clerk performs a variety of other tasks as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Opens and counts in-coming mail to be disseminated to departments.
- Ensures Fed-Ex, UPS and all other deliveries are received.
- Processes all outgoing UPS, Fed-Ex and U.S. Mail
- Tracks Fed-Ex, UPS and US mail as needed
- Print and Process Bulk Mail Jobs to include Post Office report.
- Perform Insert Requests (Balance dues and letters for other departments).
- Ensures print jobs are printed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Prepares monthly reports.
- Answers voice mail request line
- Ensures membership cards are inserted into envelopes to be mailed to members.
- Orders supplies from Post Office.
OTHER DUTIES
- Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Member Care
CURRENT EQUIPMENT IN MAIL CENTER
- Ricoh Printing Equipment
- Pitney Bowes Mailing Equipment, but will be moving to Quadient Mail System in late March.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
