Job Type: Full-Time, 40-hour work week, Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM –5:00 PM

Starting at: $40,000, bonus eligible

Mailroom Site Manager Job Summary: The Site Manager is the person responsible for fully ensuring that all areas of general services, mailroom operations, and shipping/receiving are executed at organizational expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, mailroom & office services, client relations, project management and associate training/compliance.

Mailroom Site Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and office/mailrooms services onsite personnel
  • Service as the point of contact for our client contact for all projects and initiatives
  • Monitor supplies and ensure ordering, as needed
  • Monitor emails and facilities ticketing system for office needs
  • Ensure team manages copy rooms stock, conference rooms and pantry functionality and cleanliness
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail & packages, following proper procedure
  • Coordinate space for in-office events at client expectations
  • Participate in inter-office department events, as requested
  • Additional daily tasks, as requested by client

Mailroom Site Manager Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Proven customer service-related experience
  • Experience managing teams of various tenure
  • Maintain a positive attitude in busy environments
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office 365
  • Follows all processes established in the client standard operating procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to embrace and perform continuous training and professional educational programs
  • Ability to lift 40 + pounds
