Mailroom Specialist Job at Distribution Management Corp., Inc.
SUMMARY
Responsible for sorting and delivering mail, receiving packages, coordinating pick-ups, special deliveries, finding lost mail, tracking packages and registered mail. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and complying with all safety regulations and requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
May operate mailroom equipment as required
- Create and execute a high level of organization
- Identify and address issues to DMC management
- Self-motivated and able to perform duties with little to no supervision
- Act as the face of DMC with a positive attitude
- Other duties may be assigned

Skills/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent
- Some Mail sorting and distribution services
- General Office
- Clerical or related experience
- Basic knowledge of sorting various types of documents
- Functional knowledge of MS Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficient with a ten-key and general PC Skills
- Mail distribution
- Good Excel, ten-key and PCs skills
- File and sort mail by number and/or alphabetically
- Ability to prioritize your work to meet customer demands
- Customer Service experience highly preferred
