Summary

The Maintenance Administrative Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the maintenance department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Review, enter, and track data compiled from internal customer work orders in the maintenance labor system while ensuring integrity of data.

Accurate monitoring and recording of plant maintenance budget expense tracking, utility/energy cost reporting, and writing of plant capital/expense requests.

Documentation and tracking of maintenance training to ensure compliance with various training programs.

Conduct and document contractor safety orientation and verify the contractor’s ability to comply with regulatory and site requirements.

Coordinate and document contractor management including audits, evaluations, and corrective actions.

Facility the smooth and efficient flow of paperwork within the department.

Maintain KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and score cards to drive continuous improvement.

Advocate and maintain a strong commitment to safety in the operating process.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High School diploma or knowledge equivalent to.

Maintenance experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Accounting experience is preferred.

Ability to plan work on a daily schedule, work independently and be a highly motivated individual.

Ability to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) etc.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
