Maintenance Coordinator Job at Baillie Lumber Co.
Our Smyrna, NY facility is hiring for a Maintenance Coordinator. This position will Support our Maintenance supervisor and technicians in maintaining plant systems and equipment. Tasks include assigning and managing work orders from creation, assignment, ready for review, to closing them out. This is a full time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.
Maintenance Coordinator Requirements:
- Manage the company Asset Essentials CMMS Software to:
- Create and close work orders.
- Record and track machine usage and schedule PMs
- Manage and track parts and supplies.
- Keep spreadsheet on Pos and current inventory
- Receive shipments of parts
- This position is both in the yard and inside - ability to work with all levels a must
Maintenance Coordinator Education & Experience:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Ability to use Excel/Pivot tables
- Comfort with computers/computer programs required
