Primary Purpose:
The Maintenance Data Analyst will work closely with CLNG Maintenance Teams (Directors, Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors and SAP) to develop, refine, trend, support and generate timely data and cost reports in all aspects of the department as assigned. One of the main focus areas will be department budgets, trends, impacts, justifications and SAP data analyst.
The Maintenance Data and cost Analyst will include tracking, trending, monitor recommend changes, deliverables, notices, correspondence and help maintain associated documentation. In addition, the analyst will perform detailed analysis on all SAP and budget impacts as well as run financial and economic impacts. Maintenance related activities for this position might include development of presentation and report materials, and development of negotiation matrices to be used during department alignments.
This position is located in Hackberry, LA. Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC) is required. Employees’ primary residence must be located within a one-hour drive from the Hackberry plant site. This measure will assure that response time for callouts is kept to a minimum, which increases the safety of our employees in an unexpected or emergent situation.

Responsibilities/Duties:*

• Analyze data that supports budgets, trends, SAP, department deliverables and impacts to advise maintenance staff on any conflicts / issues.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor and trend weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports/budgets.
• Coordinate with CLNG members to gather information and draft responses in support of departmental deliverables and budgets.
• Create documentation for management reports.
• Interpret relevant data and information from SAP and variety of industry, government and public sources as applicable.
• Collaborate with other CLNG departments as appropriate: Maintenance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Accounting, Operations, Environmental, Marine, HSSE to engage knowledge experts with a particular category. Engage them in budget strategy and analysis as appropriate.
• Use software tools to manage documentation relating to data and budget controls.
• Develops and integrates CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools, templates, methods and processes.
• Aids the Maintenance Manager in preparation for weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and meetings as required.
• Aids in updating risks impacts, PM, CM and non-routine work activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Education:

Typically requires Associate degree in engineering, business, economics, accounting. Strong understanding and working knowledge of SAP and CMMS.*

Minimum of 7 years relevant maintenance data analysis experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.*

Ability to create effective presentation graphics, and images in various formats for various uses (SAP, Power Point, Prometheus, Power Bi).*

• Ability to represent complex data relationships in simple, easy to visualize formats.

• Ability to use technology to streamline tracking data and budget management.

• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software and SAP.

• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, run, sit, kneel, twist, bend, pull, push, carry, lift, reach overhead and drive. Most activities involve movement of either the upper and lower body extremities or both and the joints associated with these areas of the body.

• Must be able to wear safety equipment and other protective equipment as needed to perform job.
• When outdoors, this classification is exposed to extremes of heat, cold, loud noise and dust.
• Must be able to climb stairs and/or walk on uneven surfaces.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and operate a computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to be on call, work outside of normal business hours as required and handle emergency response responsibilities.
