Description:
- General Maintenance-performs all necessary electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs including minor interior and exterior renovations.
- Executed all aspects of general maintenance and upkeep of the personal care property.
- Managed department of housekeeping personnel.
- Developed schedules and routines for housekeeper.
- Managed and executed base facility maintenance program to include assessments, preventative maintenance, repair and minor construction projects.
- Managed all aspects of the facility's physical operations, supervise housekeeping.
- Manage daily facility operation that consist of facility maintenance, serviceman, and janitorial services.
- Maintained grounds and facility to ensure safety and as a community showcase to ensure lasting and positive initial impressions.
- Monitored adherence to all company safety rules and policies as well as fire safety, evacuation preparedness regulations.
- Planned and implemented fire drills to ensure safety of residents and routine preventative maintenance of all equipment.
- Order supplies and follows established safety rules, policies and procedures.
