Maintenance Director Job at Plantation Golf and Country Club

Duties:
- Disassemble damaged and broken equipment so that it can be more easily repaired than reassembling pieces after repair work has been completed.
- Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure they are operational, safe, and clean for our members.
- Receive work orders and determine what parts, equipment, and services are needed to perform necessary maintenance and repair work.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year+ as a general maintenance employee, willing to learn.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance functions, basic electric, plumbing, painting, and HVAC.
- Ability to lift to 60 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm, some possible weekends.
