Wesleyan Village is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Director. The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience in providing maintenance in a building.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Director:
- The ability to maintain and repair heating and refrigeration equipment throughout the facility
- Ability to perform maintenance on equipment, machinery, and plumbing systems throughout the facility
- Ability to perform electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, roofing repairs, and snow removal.
- Perform paint touch ups, repair drywall, and plaster as required.
- Repair floor systems as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of Maintenance Director:
- One Year of Maintenance Experience
- Skills in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing
- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety
- Valid driver's license
