Maintenance Foreman Job at Winfield Property Management
Experienced Maintenance Foreman needed for a multi family apartment community in Norman, OK. Must have experience in all aspects of maintenance and make ready needs including but not limited to; HVAC, electrical, plumbing and day to day work orders. Will work closely with Property Manager on projects and will provide leadership and knowledge to the maintenance staff. Must have reliable transportation, provide your own tools, have a valid driver license and be able to pass a background and drug screening.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
