1st - Sat/Sun 7:00am-7:30pm and Mon/Fri 7:00am-3:30pm

3rd - Sat/Sun 7:00pm-7:30am and Mon/Fri 11:00pm-7:30am

Summary: This position is responsible for providing assistance to skilled workers and supporting the Maintenance Program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Varies by location and may include the following:

· Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines

· Change filters (ASH, fiber hub)

· Make small repairs such as gondola wheels, restroom dispenser repairs, etc.

· Patch aisles and roadways

· Aisle and roadway striping, both interior and exterior as assigned

· Sign fabrication and installation

· Patch or replace plaster or plaster board and paint walls, ceilings and trim of building

· Furnish Industrial Maintenance Repairer with materials, tools and supplies

· Clean work area, tools, and equipment

· Move furniture

· Dispose of used material (red tag)

· Hang mirror balls/diverters

· Install ceiling tiles

· Outdoor tasks including spreading gravel or small landscape jobs

· Assist with kitting process

· Maintain equipment such as scrubbers and walk behinds

· Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or GED equivalent. Must provide full-time work experience for 5-7 years in a related maintenance field.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
