We are currently seeking a Full-time or Part-time Janitor with the below qualifications:
Professional Attributes

Follows and completes the factory’s daily, weekly, monthly and annual cleaning schedule- Follows and completes the factory’s cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing guidelines
- Assures that all floors, carpets and windows are cleaned using broom, vacuum, mop and any other cleaning equipment as necessary
- Cleans offices, lobby, break room (including but not limited to vending area, refrigerator, microwave, tables, chairs) and restrooms to include but not limited to dusting desks, credenzas, chairs, counter space and bookshelves, etc.
- Washes walls, cleans baseboards and floors as needed
- Empties trash
- Snow removal of sidewalks and fire emergency exits
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent is required- Drive to succeed, motivated and positive attitude
- Detail orientated
- High degree of professionalism
- Previous experience in cleaning, and janitorial duties of buildings and grounds.
- Required to wear/use proper PPE (hearing, eye protection, etc.)
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to operate necessary equipment to do the job
- Requires frequent bending, squatting and twisting motions
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
