We are seeking a MAINTENANCE MECHANIC II in Portage, WI at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital who performs repairs and maintenance on buildings, equipment and compounds. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled jobs including regular and preventative maintenance and emergency disaster and recover services / repair. Mechanic II will perform maintenance for assigned Aspirus facilities throughout all Aspirus regions in Wisconsin.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of mechanical standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- State approved apprenticed Millwright or Machinery Repairman or equivalent work life experience..
- Five years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance or equivalent.
Hours: 1.0 full-time, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Rotating shift from 7am – 3:30pm. Every 6th weekend/holiday. On-call: Every week and a half, one day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.11 per hour
