Our integrated Mill is a unique operation that starts with recycling and ends with high quality paper products found in many households throughout the US.

We are seeking skilled maintenance millwrights to join our team of experienced professionals who support the setup, troubleshooting, repair and placement of intricate and sometimes massive machines. Critical to this role are machining and fabrication capability.

Qualifications

• Track record of compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Minimum 2 years experience with providing hands on fabrication solutions for repairs, assembly, installation, and testing of equipment.
• Ability to read and follow schematics, prints, and instruction manuals.
• Capable of precise measurements with excellent mathmatical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of maintenance and fabrication tools. Candidates must have experience with manual fabrication machines, i.e., drill presses, bandsaws, lathes, endmills, grinders, etc.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Requirements

• Prior completion of an apprenticeship program and/or a technical certificate or degree plus 2 years of directly related experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.
• Must be at least 18
• Must be physically capable of walking, standing, squatting, bending, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, while exposed to environmental conditions.
• Candidates must have a track record of maintaining regular and predictable attendance with a willingness to work overtime.
