Seeking experienced full-time Maintenance Supervisor for apartment community in South Coast MA. Primary responsibilities include general maintenance and repair of apartments, pertaining to apartment turns, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and equipment. Candidate must ensure all services are performed safely and that excellent customer service is being provided.
Essential Function:
Duties include, but, are not limited to managing a team, interior painting and maintenance, snow-removal, replacement of lights, plumbing, electrical work, roof repairs, HVAC system maintenance, appliance evaluation and repair, etc. Candidate must be flexible and be able work rotating on-call schedule, overtime and weekends if necessary.
Responds to all resident request service calls and reports to the Property Manager.
Must have a current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards.

Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
