Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the “PM” (Preventative Maintenance).
Complete all necessary work tasks, by applying basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures. General repair may include doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic appliance repair.
Perform basic janitorial work inside the facilities and in the common areas of the arcades. May perform basic landscaping, basic maintenance to the exterior of the building/common areas dependent upon location.
Team Member may be required to perform other duties.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have valid Driver's License
Minimum 6 months year general maintenance experience preferred
Skill/Physical Requirements :
Ability climb ladders and no fear of heights.
Ability to crouch down in small spaces and lift to 50Ib.
Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and team members.

Travel Requirements and Hours:
Travel within Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg markets, as needed.
M-F (7:30a – 4:30p), ability to work flexible areas
