BASIC PURPOSE: Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community such as, but not limited to: o Removing trash from the grounds and breezeways of the community o Pressure washing o Changing trash at amenity areas and pet stations o Maintaining the trash compactor o Blowing leaves and debris from breezeways and common areas o Cleaning of amenities: (pool, grills, bathrooms, gym, etc..) Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments such as, but not limited to: o HVAC filter change o Caulking o Change light bulbs o Change locks o Change broken blinds o Minor apartment maintenance Works as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality cleanliness and maintenance standards set by Woodward Management Partners, the Community Director and Service Director
